订阅关系中说的是"同一个消费者分组对于不同主题的订阅也相互独立"，订阅关系一致性中说的是"如果订阅关系（消费者分组名-Topic-Tag）不一致，会导致消费消息紊乱，甚至消息丢失"，请问哪种描述是正确的，若描述都正确的话，又如何理解两者之间的差异
