### Which Issue(s) This PR Fixes Fixes #7175. Replaces stale-closed #7176, retaining its original implementation and authorship on current rocketmq-studio. ### Brief Description Validate the alert notification template against the server's 4000 UTF-16 code-unit limit, including after programmatic variable insertion. Native textarea maxLength does not validate values set by the insertion control. Show a localized form error and block save/test while over limit, without silently truncating the operator's template. Validation matches Java @Size semantics, including supplementary Unicode characters. Chinese and English regressions cover insertion, validation and action blocking. This remains distinct from #5506, which trims rule scope fields but does not add template form validation or validate after insertion. ### How Did You Test This Change? Fresh local verification on 2026-11-04 at fc5679058f8f68252a63ba6af5c0a8dcd1cfda7e, against trunk 7abf8ada: - npm test -- src/pages/ops/__tests__/AlertsPage.test.tsx --maxWorkers=1: 55/55 PASS with the original 20s test timeout, including all seven new regressions (224.04s). An earlier concurrent run had seven timeouts; all passed in this serial run without source or timeout changes. - npx tsc -b --force: PASS. - Changed-file ESLint: no errors, five existing warnings; Prettier --check and git diff --check: PASS. - npm run build: PASS, including TypeScript, Vite and license check (134 actual components, 141 license files). - Negative control: the new Chinese ASCII insertion regression fails against unchanged trunk production because the expected length validation is absent. No full local web suite or live backend/cluster testing claimed. Hosted CI will verify this new replacement head independently of the old PR. ### Checklist - [x] One coherent change with regression coverage - [x] Original implementation and commit authorship retained - [x] New text supplied in Chinese and English - [x] No API, dependency or workflow changes AI assistance was used for review and validation; the diff and results were checked before submission. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
