One detail worth flagging for review: stderr is still drained to the end (bounded at the same output limit) even though it is no longer part of the result, so a chatty child can never block on a full pipe. stdout alone is what passes the empty-completion check now, which is what makes the warnings-only run fail loudly instead of passing the noise off as an answer. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
