We are also facing similar issue with __change_events topic, where the reader of this topic is stuck at some offset(we don't know the reason yet), this makes all bundles of that namespace owned by that broker, unavailable. https://github.com/apache/pulsar/issues/25294 -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
