There are a lot of important fixes since 3.0.7. Just as an example, #23901 fixes multiple issues related to high scale use cases since it fixes issues in the BK read backpressure which should have been limited by `managedLedgerMaxReadsInFlightSizeInMB` in all case, but wasn't.
