I think maybe we don't need to replace all `scheduleWithFixedDelay` to `scheduleWithFixedRate`, for these tasks which costs long time, replace to `scheduleWithFixedRate` I afraid it will cost high broker work load? -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
