Review Comment:
   > The problem with that is that some operators may be at the same time 
descending and ascending
   
   I don't follow this. When an operator implements this interface, it must 
iterate the docs in either normal order or reverse order. Other operators 
shouldn't implement this interface. When an operator implementing this 
interface is created, the order should already be fixed.
   The reason why I don't like `Did` is that there are 2 very commonly used 
`Did` - `DictId` and `DocId`.
