Both [multi-topic ingestion ](https://docs.google.com/document/d/1Er2Tmtl5Pgwdapn5iOJ5qlCDU_2P67YMdpdsmL36MCk/edit?tab=t.0)and [pauseless consumption](https://docs.google.com/document/d/1d-xttk7sXFIOqfyZvYw5W_KeGS6Ztmi8eYevBcCrT_c/edit?tab=t.0) are relatively newly added features. Some newly introduced PRs like https://github.com/apache/pinot/pull/14920 did not cover the multi-topic ingestion scenarios.
