## Scope of the PR
- Add a dryRun flag to allow the user to see the segments that will get
deleted.
- Enhance the response to include:
- Smallest segment that will get deleted
- Largest Segment that will get deleted
- Number of segments that will be deleted
- Segments that will get deleted.
