I applied a commit to completely unify the logic of OFFLINE and REALTIME
segment:
- First try to get partition id from segment name (this can be useful for
`OFFLINE` table in the future if we want to reduce ZK access)
- Read ZK metadata to find partition id:
- When `partitionColumn` is provided, use it to look up the partition
metadata
- When it is not provided, if there is only one partition column, use it
- For non-strict-replica-group assignment, fall back to default partition id
