Since pinot doesn't allow column type change, so the typical way to fix or
change column type is to create a new field in the schema.
However it the real practice, it causes a lot of confusion for the users, as
they will see two similar columns with similar name.
Allow hide column will help user experience without break the backward
compatibility.
