This PR applies some changes to MSE stats:
- Include parallelism in all nodes
- Include some kind of clock time for all nodes (just execution time divided
by parallelism)
- Visualization
- Include a _simple mode_, which is enabled by default. In this mode, only
the most important stats are shown.
- Make edges wider the more clock time was spent on the child operator
- Make the visualization panel taller than it used to be.
