Modification: - Standardize checkCodeStyle/applyCodeStyle command aliases - Add ThisBuild / javafmtFormatterCompatibleJavaVersion := 17 where missing - Replace custom verifyCodeFmt tasks with standard aliases where applicable - Upgrade sbt-java-formatter plugin where needed Result: Consistent formatter configuration across all pekko sub-projects.
