Record pull request activity in the Jira work log
Since the commit message guidelines no longer require the Jira issue
key in commit messages, commits are no longer automatically posted as
comments to the related Jira issues.
Enable the "worklog" Jira option so that activity on pull requests
whose title references a Jira issue is recorded in that issue's work
log, keeping the issue's Comments tab free of bot messages.
