Removed: obsolete screenxls-typed example demo view-maps and UI entry
points (OFBIZ-13578)
- Removed the ListExampleExport and ExampleReportXls screenxls-typed
request-maps/view-maps, leaving their existing screenxlsx-typed replacements in
place
- Removed the now-dead UI entry points that targeted them: the old
button-bar link and the old JS export button, both already superseded by
equivalents added alongside them in OFBIZ-13567
