HPMicro's repo has added support for nuttx: [HPMicro](https://github.com/hpmicro/nuttx/tree/nuttx_with_hpmsdk/arch/risc-v/src/hpmicro) But they use their own SDK, not nuttx-style direct reading and writing of registers, so is this merge request necessary? -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
