## Summary This patch adds v4l2 bridge between Linux host and NuttX simulator. ## Impact A video device node will appear under /dev when SIM_VIDEO is enabled, capable of video capture similarly to v4l2 device on native Linux. ## Testing Tested with USB camera in YUYV format and v4l2loopback virtual camera in YU12 format. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
