I can not still find the root cause of the issue because if I add some debug
code, the issue does not happen.
Also, I confirmed that the ostest works with other configurations. (e.g.
lc823450-xgevk:nsh and lc823450-xgevk:audio which also work in SMP)
So I'd like to merge this PR to the master and I want to send a new PR to
add ```CONFIGU_DEBUG_ASSERTIONS=y``` to lc82450-xgevk:rndis for workaround
after I merge the PR.
