So the plan is rename current function as arc4random_buf and also add the three argument Linux version? I guess I have to live with that. That way we are compatible with both Linux and *BSD. arc4random_int(), arch4random_uniform() and the blocking behavior in (mostly theoretical if system designer anticipated it) low entropy case can be added in later commits, if someone wants to do that.
