Review Comment: I think we should only add codespell exceptions for false positives. For example, Synopsys is the name of a vendor, not a misspelling of "synopsis", so that should be an exception. But "sheild" here is actually a misspelling. It should be "shield." I think it would be better to correct the spelling error (in a separate PR).
