### Description I am wanting to use the bitmap_converter.py tool but it is not compatible with Python3. I created [PR3051](https://github.com/apache/nuttx-apps/pull/3051) for the very simple change the Python error suggested, and it then works Ok with Python3...but the PR is failing CI Initially I thought it was my lack of (any!) Python knowledge but I think it is just failing because of a CI issue? Can someone who knows Python and/or the CI tool assist?
