Fixes #11751
### Motivation
Resolve the issue of not being able to delete the data stream group under
the data synchronization menu properly
### Modifications

> 1. Modified `GroupMode.java` enum, which was not used in the original code
> 2. Added `Inlong Group Mode` validation in the `doDeleteCheck` method
