   ### Motivation
   
   Add APIs to dirty data query.
   
   ### Modifications
   
   Add APIs to dirty data query.
   The dirty data query will have the following process:
   1.Submit dirty data query task through `/sink/listDirtyData` and obtain 
taskid.
   2.Retrieve task execution status through `/sink/sqlTaskStatus/{taskId}`.
   3.After the task is successfully executed, obtain the dirty data result 
through` /sink/getDirtyData/{taskId}`.
