Fixes #11134
### Motivation
Add Parquet formatted data source for Transform.
### Modifications
Add some classes: ParquetSourceData, ParquetSourceDecoder,
ParquetSourceInfo, ParquetInputByteArray. Two classes have been modified:
SourceDecoderFactory, AbstractProcessorTestBase. Also, add the corresponding
unit test class: TestParquetCsvProcessor.
> ParquetInputByteArray: Parsing Parquet data in the form of files involves
disk reading, which is inefficient. This class mainly handles the input of byte
stream arrays.
