### Motivation
Add `excalidraw` raw file directories
### Modifications
initialize the directories for `excalidraw` source files
> The directories are empty now, so we add `.gitkeep` file here.
> The `gitkeep` file should be removed in the future once an `excalidraw `
source file is added
