   Update the Oracle source for agent
   
   ### Modifications
   
   1. Modify TaskProfileDto and OracleTask to accept and parse the 
configuration.
   2. Add OracleTask, OracleInstance, and OracleSource classes
   3. Resolve code redundancy in PostgreSQL Task
