What is the problem you're trying to solve.--> 1. Impove the conn pool 2. Rebalance the conns opened by the conn pool periodically 3. Recover the endpoints periodically if they are down 4. Refactor the conn pool without sync.Mutex ### Modifications <!--Describe the modifications you've done.--> 1. If an endpoint can not be connected, mark it as unavailable 2. Recover the endpoints periodically if they are unavailable 3. Rebalance the conns opened by the conn pool periodically 4.
