1. Impove the conn pool
2. Rebalance the conns opened by the conn pool periodically
3. Recover the endpoints periodically if they are down
4. Refactor the conn pool without sync.Mutex

1. If an endpoint can not be connected, mark it as unavailable
2. Recover the endpoints periodically if they are unavailable
3. Rebalance the conns opened by the conn pool periodically
4. Close the conn pool when closing the SDK
