### Motivation
Some class names are not suitable like OfflineJobSubmitRequest.
Also, according to the convention, the controller shouldn't print logs.
### Modifications
1. Rename OfflineJobSubmitRequest to OfflineJobRequest
2. remove log in InlongGroupController
