    docs: redesign header with theme-aware logo and SDK badges (#3162)
    
    Summary
    - Replace the text title with a theme-aware logo (`<picture>` serving
    `iggy-dark.svg` / `iggy-light.svg`)
    - Reorganize badges into an inverted-pyramid layout (build, release,
    per-SDK versions for Rust/npm/PyPI/Maven/NuGet, license, activity stats)
    - Add a LinkedIn social badge and update the Discord vanity URL to
    `discord.gg/apache-iggy`
    - Add a `"What is Apache Iggy (Incubating)?"` section heading above the
    intro
