- Add `disable_search: true` to Rust Codecov upload to match other SDKs
and prevent auto-discovery of stale coverage files
- Warn when cargo-nextest is unavailable and partition flag is set, since
cargo test fallback ignores partitioning and runs all tests on every
partition
- Disable `carryforward` for the `rust` flag so partial partition
failures surface as coverage gaps instead of silently using stale data
