### Change Logs Adds functional tests that characterize how the 0.x payload based merge path handles an ordering (precombine) value that is already persisted as null in a base file, across the three write paths: Spark DataSource, Spark SQL, and Deltastreamer. A record with a null precombine value is first seeded via bulk_insert, which uses the row-writer path and so does not go through the payload constructor that rejects a null ordering value. A real-ordering record is then merged onto the same key, and each test asserts the merge resolves cleanly with the incoming record winning. This locks in the payload based merge behavior (DefaultHoodieRecordPayload treats a persisted null ordering value as the loser) as a regression guard. No production code is changed. ### Impact None. Test-only change. ### Risk level (write none, low medium or high below) none ### Documentation Update none ### Contributor's checklist - [ ] Read through [contributor's guide](https://hudi.apache.org/contribute/how-to-contribute) - [x] Change Logs and Impact were stated clearly - [x] Adequate tests were added if applicable - [ ] CI passed -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
