### Describe the issue this Pull Request addresses closes #20076 part of #20064 `FileSystemBackedTableMetadata` probed `.hoodie` for a partition metafile before excluding it, which costs extra file system calls on every listing and returned `.hoodie` as a partition when it held a stray partition metafile. ### Summary and Changelog The listing skips the meta folder before probing for partition metadata. `TestFileSystemBackedTableMetadata#testMetaFolderIsNotProbedForPartitionMetadata` lists a table with a stray metafile in `.hoodie` through a recording file system and checks that `.hoodie` is neither probed nor listed. The test helper `MetaFolderAccessRecordingFileSystem` is the same file as in #20072, so the two PRs merge in either order. ### Impact A few fewer file system calls per partition listing when the metadata table is disabled; `.hoodie` is never returned as a partition. ### Risk Level low.
