 Hudi 1.2.0 introduces `org.apache.hudi.common.schema.HoodieSchema` as the
canonical schema abstraction, decoupling Hudi's internals from a direct Avro
dependency. This change is source-breaking for any user code that extends core
Hudi abstractions, including custom `HoodieRecord`, `HoodieRecordMerger`,
`SchemaProvider`, transformers, or key generators. Common affected signatures:
`getOrderingValue`, `getRecordKey`, `rewriteRecordWithNewSchema`,
`partialMerge`, `getMandatoryFieldsForMerging`. `HoodieAvroUtils` lost ~28
public methods that migrated to `HoodieSchema`.

 **Migration**: `HoodieSchema` wraps Avro Schema and is binary-compatible.
Adapt call sites with `new HoodieSchema(avroSchema)` when passing into Hudi,
and `hoodieSchema.getAvroSchema()` / `hoodieSchema.toAvroSchema()` when reading
back. Standard DataSource / SQL / Streamer / Flink SQL users are unaffected.

Review Comment:
   Done, 1.2.1 now comes first in both the list at the top and the sections.
