Review Comment:
   Filed as #19250 and fixed in #19251 (match on `table` instead of `info`, 
plus `TestBasicStagedTable` covering both branches). Note that this test stays 
green either way, since a plain `Table` mock is not `SupportsWrite` - the 
delegating branch is the one that needs coverage.
