### Describe the issue this Pull Request addresses Proof of concept for the RFC-98 design doc: https://github.com/apache/hudi/pull/18276 Not for merge. ### Summary and Changelog Implements basic classes with stub methods to demonstrate that DSv1 and DSv2 can coexist.
