Review Comment:
   I see `ParquetWriteSupport` also handles `YearMonthIntervalType` for 
integers.  Not sure if this class need to do that.

Review Comment:
   Similarly, `DayTimeIntervalType` is handled by `ParquetWriteSupport`.  We 
can intentionally skip it if not supported.
