> If your question is can fieldCount < 1, I do not think this is valid case
then we can simplify `(isUsingComplexKeyGen && fieldCount == 1)` to just
`isUsingComplexKeyGen`, and we also need to consider the write config
`COMPLEX_KEYGEN_ENCODE_SINGLE_RECORD_KEY_FIELD_NAME` when record key field is
single while partition fields are multiple.
