Description:
We need to add more test cases to cover the scenarios where the completion time
ordering is different than instant time ordering and make sure the incremental
queries return the correct results, for both incremental and fallback full scan.
There are some hollow commits handling tests in TestHoodieIncrSource can serve
as a reference
* Add test with inflight compaction and finish compaction, validate that the
results are same
* Add test with query intersecting inflight commit (start1, start2, end2,
[query time], end1)
