Avoids `Only one SparkContext should be running in this JVM` error. ### Change Logs A hotfix for spark quickstart example class `HoodieSparkQuickstart`. Error logs:  Toubleshooting: `HoodieExampleSparkUtils.defaultSparkSession(...)` creates a `SparkContext`.
