[~yihua] , regarding delete, I know we have to do a few things:
# Support COW delete through FG reader. (task1)
# Support cases where inserts are issued after delete for MOR. (task2)
Beyond the above two, the delete behavior should have been covered.
After we add test for the above cases, the delete behaviors should be good.
Not sure if we still need this ticket.
