@ad1happy2go - I'm noticing during my upsert operations that show: `25/02/20 03:19:45 WARN SparkMetadataTableRecordIndex: Record index not initialized so falling back to GLOBAL_SIMPLE for tagging records ` in the logs. I had created the table with `insert` mode and the record_index folder was present. I ran the first upsert on it and everything worked fine, it finished and the logs had no mention about blowing up the record index. However, every subsequent upsert after that has this in the logs - can you help?
