We wanted to support reading 1.x tables in 0.16.0 reader.
So, table property changes might need to be ported. If there are new properties
added to 1.x, we can ignore them. But if there are any change in properties we
might need to account for backwards compatability. For eg, payload type ->
payload class inference might need to be ported.
