I feel like there are multiple things at play here. It can be Glue being slow or Hudi Hadoop relation needs to be refreshed after syncing. The easiest solution may be upgrading to a newer version of Hudi, which uses aws sdk v2 and other optimizations. Recently there is this PR #10460 to optimize Glue sync and we expect this to be in the upcoming 0.15.0 -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
