After refactoring HUDI-7530 there still remains many places to be cleaned in
handleUpdate. I propose to move handleUpdateInternal(), handleUpdate() and
getUpdateHandle() to HoodieTable, so we could clean a lot of code duplicates by
deleting them from BaseXXXCommitActionExecutors and HodieXXXTables.
