@mzheng-plaid Its a bit strange as config looks okay, I also tried to generate data and then tried compaction with your configurations but was not getting any data loss. - Can you try HoodieClusteringJob to cluster the data. - https://hudi.apache.org/docs/next/clustering#hoodieclusteringjob - Can you try OSS 0.12.3 version once. - Can you try reproduce this issue with some dummy data.
