Description:
This config should be renamed:
public static final String USE_LOG_RECORD_READER_SCAN_V2 =
"hoodie.log.record.reader.use.scanV2";
It should be renamed as "hoodie.optimized.log.blocks.scan.enable" to be
consistent.
