Review Comment:
   `TestJsonToAvroSchemaConverter` already covers the conversion part. To cover 
this method in test and verify config works properly, we can add one small test 
with json schema to `TestSchemaRegistryProvider`.

Review Comment:
   don't we need to sanitize `jsonNode.get("$id").asText()`? My understanding 
is that in Avro both name and namespace cannot have special characters other 
than underscore.
