Both testUpsertsContinuousModeWithMultipleWritersForConflicts and 
testUpsertsContinuousModeWithMultipleWritersWithoutConflicts are flaky. Fails 
about 20% of the time. Increasing the timeout can only decrease the probability 
of failure but that's not a fix. We need to look into the data generator.
