These tests were disabled since they had a dependency conflict due to mismatch
of jetty versions. This is due to the fact that both of these tests use a
hadoop `mini cluster` test dependency, (which requires jetty to be version
9.3.x, hadoop 3.1.0 uses this jetty) however hudi in the above pr is targeting
jetty 9.4.43.v20210629.
