## What is the purpose of the pull request
Fix Jetty Dependency conflict with hive3.1
## Brief change log
Jetty version of hive3 is 9.3.20.v20170531, while the version in hudi is
9.4.15.v20190215. And there are some changes about There are some changes about
the references of Jetty. So exclude Jetty in hive when packaging.
